truthfully now. . . this is the part where i complain about things. this is so that the people who work at this site will have a dilbertesque pointy-haired idiot manager they can point at and complain about. also, if by some stroke of luck the gods forget that they've resolved to show me no mercy, people might actually follow the guidelines and stuff that i've posted here, but i'm too well-grounded in reality to entertain that little fantasy for long.
it's all really only meant for the staff here, but you can read it if you want to. send email about it to liff@i360.com if you think the guidelines are bad or something. really, i think that as a website we should operate as much in the open as possible. the procedures i try to follow are all here, and the skeletons of the procedures i'd like to have. this is so that they may be improved.
